Our Facility

Integrity Training and Coaching is based in Conifer, Colorado, nestled in the foothills. (Please note: 4WD is recommended in winter.)

Our training facility offers a comfortable, well-managed environment for horses and riders alike, featuring:

  • Two barns with box stalls and stall/run combinations

  • Limited outdoor paddocks 

  • Full-day group turnout for stalled horses

  • High-quality hay 

  • Indoor arena for year-round training

  • Oversized seasonal outdoor arena

We provide top-tier horse care, including:

  •  Organizing farrier and vet appointments

  • Blanketing in winter and fly sheet services in summer

Kristie Cotton brings over 30 years of experience in riding and training, with a deep foundation in classical dressage and equine biomechanics. Her approach helps horses move with greater comfort, confidence, and ease—unlocking their potential regardless of discipline. Kristie specializes in working with horses that struggle to perform, especially those labeled as “problem horses,” guiding them through thoughtful rehab and retraining.

Her coaching spans multiple disciplines, including dressage, trail riding, working equitation, in-hand and more. Kristie has also completed the Science of Motion course through IHTC, as well as completing the Equine Biomechanics for Equine Professionals (NBCAAM approved CE) course. Deepening her understanding of equine structure and functional movement.
