Dr. Maggie Valentine combines a lifelong passion for horses with advanced veterinary expertise to help riders and owners build confident, healthy partnerships with their equine partners. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Valentine bridges the worlds of equine performance and veterinary science through an approachable, hands-on teaching style.

An accomplished rider with over 18 years of experience in dressage, show jumping, and eventing, Maggie has trained warmbloods from foal to competition age and retrained retired racehorses for new careers. Her professional experience also includes working as a groom for top riders—most notably international show jumper Brian Moggre—where she gained invaluable insight into the care, conditioning, and management of elite performance horses.
